Personal Goal Setting

For many of us the New Year is a good time to take stock and think about what comes next. As HR people we are programmed to focus on driving other people’s performance and supporting other’s development. We are already in the second week of 2010 so we thought this would be a good opportunity to give time to our personal goal setting.
Why Bother?
To know what you want and to get it!
Did any of you know someone at school who always knew what they wanted to be? Normally these people ended up there and research would suggest that where people have clear goals that they really believe they will achieve and are willing to put the work into, they will achieve them.
