I am running a redundancy programme at the moment. I have a good grasp of what I need to do but would like some reassurance that I’m not missing anything. Is there a quick reference guide or checklist you could provide for me?
We issued some information to help with running a redundancy programme in April last year so we will keep this one focussed on the key activities and hints and tips. The checklist assumes a good understanding of the requirements so do refer to the April 2009 Article if you need more detail behind this or get in touch with us to clarify.
