How to define ‘regularity’ in relation to holiday pay

It could be less. But 12 months seems, felt fair for most people. But when you look at redundancy payments and such, like in terms of the employment, it's 12 weeks if you go back. So it's going to be something around there, but it should be what's reality? What gives a better idea of regularity or normality? But working regularly, what does that mean? I mean, then there's no real guidance. If you do it once every two months, if you do it every three months, if you do it twice a year, if you do it every month, what's regularity?
