Mark McAllister from the Labour Relations Agency will be opening and closing this year's Annual Reviews of Employment Law on 10 and 13 November, where he will set out a review of this year's changes and next year's intended variations in the employment law field. As a precursor to his comprehensive review paper, we asked him to set out many of the highlights he will be expanding upon at the conferences.
