In some ways, the review of the cases from October 2020 to October 2021 is a snapshot of the year before. This is on the basis that the judgments being handed down are dealing with disputes that may have initially arisen from 2018 to the start of 2020. Most recently, we have started to see some cases coming through that deal with particular elements of the pandemic such as the furlough scheme. The novel nature of such a scheme has meant that the Tribunal has had to deal with new principles and new concepts
