CIPD quarterly Employee Outlook survey results
You don't have to be gloomy to work here but it helps.
The unemployment rate may be coming down but there is little sign yet that employees are any more optimistic over either their job security or their ability to find a new job if they are made redundant, according to the latest CIPD quarterly Employee Outlook survey.
