This year's Workplace Conference explores the principles that lie behind employee engagement and aims to share good practice to broaden understanding of how it might successfully be achieved in organisations to create a positive employer ‘brand’ that differentiates them from competitors for both their customers and people.
Companies including Google, Deloitte, Northern Bank and Firstsource, responsible organisations truly committed to employee engagement, are successfully unleashing the potential of their people and enhancing workplace performance and employee well-being, to considerable benefit.
The audience
Around 150 leading HR professionals from private and public sector organisations are expected at the conference.
The opportunity and investment
As an exhibitor, you will have a prominent individual stand – one of only eight – and will be located on the main entrance corridor to the W5 Auditorium where all delegates must pass through a number of times during the event.
