Revision of NI Compensation Rates
Tribunal award rates increase from 7 March
The Revision of Limits (NI) Order 2010 will come into operation on 7th March, revising the limits that have not already been adjusted under the Work and Families (Increase of Maximum Amount) Order (NI) 2009. The provisions correspond to those already introduced in GB by way of S.I. 2009/3274
