Serial Litigants' Website
New Website to List Those it Considers Abuse the Tribunal System
At our seminar on the DEL consultation document on employment disputes on Tuesday 30 June there was much debate about "serial" litigants, most of it anecdotal. Delegates noted the lack of hard evidence to refer to. It may well be firming up, if this item on the Law Weblog comes good. The Law Society Gazette – 18 June 2009 notes that a new website is being set up to record details of serial litigants at employment tribunals.
The site will be at www.serial-litigants.com (still 'under construction' at date of writing). Does anyone from Northern Ireland want to contribute? More:
