One complaint form in Republic
On 1st of July 2011, Richard Bruton, Irish Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, announced a major reform of the State's employment rights/workplace relations institutions.
The first step in this process is the amalgamation of the complaint forms from the Labour Relations Commission, Equality Tribunal, National Employment Rights Authority, Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Labour Court into one, single complaint form, which must be used for all employment complaints in the Republic of Ireland from 30th December 2011.
