Many workplace disputes arise because managers don't possess the required skills or confidence to tackle difficult issues early on. This two day course will focus on the 'soft skills' required and the application of these skills in managing a difficult conversation.
What are the Learning Outcomes?
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Apply a range of effective communication tools and techniques when dealing with complex and crucial matters, particularly when managing the more challenging and/or conflictual colleague/employee and situation.
- Develop effective emotional and social intelligent behaviours and responses to working with others, being equipped to enable change and development within their own area of managerial influence.
