Biography: |
Nicola Cherry is a Chartered Director and Chartered Member of the CIPD. Having held HR Directorships in the FMCG and construction sector, and senior management positions in textile and food manufacturing organisations, Nicola established Nicola Brown Associates offering human resource advice and guidance to companies throughout Ireland. For the past two years, Nicola has been working for the Utility Regulator in Belfast, to further develop her public sector knowledge and skills, while also acting as Company Secretary / HR for Fusion Heating Ltd, her family business. |
