Bill Patterson, Chief Executive, Labour Relations Agency, Northern Ireland.Bill has held various posts in the area of employment relations from 1978. He was Industrial Relations Officer with British Aluminium, Personnel Manager with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, Director (Administration and Personnel) with the Northern Health & Social Services Board (Loughside) Head of Human Resources at Belfast City Council from 1993 to 1996 prior to joining the LRA. Mr Patterson is a Fellow of the CIPD. |
