Biography: |
Barry Fitzpatrick has held academic posts in Preston, Leicester and Newcastle-upon-Tyne and was Professor of European Law and Head of the Law School at the University of Ulster. From 2002-05, he was Head of Legal Policy and Advice at the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. After a period as an equality law consultant, he is now Discrimination Advice Co-ordinator for Citizens Advice (England & Wales) but still based in Belfast. |
