Margaret Bouchier, M.MII, Associate Consultant of Baker Tilly Ryan and Glennon, is an experienced investigator, mediator, facilitator and trainer. She works as an independent, external consultant, delivering discrete interventions to workplace conflicts and engages with professionals and organisations in the development and delivery of strategies to promote collaborative workplace development and conflict-positive work environments.

Margaret is an accredited mediator (Practitioner Status, MII) with significant experience in both the public and private sectors. She specialises in interpersonal workplace disputes, conflicts within and between teams, and commercial disputes. She is a Council Member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (the MII), the professional association for Mediators in Ireland and is recognised by the International Mediation Institute (the IMI).
