Employment Law Seminars - Speaker

Penny Holloway was appointed as Director Conciliation and Arbitration in the LRA in December 2001.  She has experience of industrial relations and negotiations at local, regional, national and international levels.  She was a member of the TUC General Council and Executive as well as a Workers Representative for the United Kingdom at the International Labour Organisation in Geneva. She was a panel member on Industrial Tribunals in Northern Ireland for many years and was a member of the Northern Ireland Economic Council for eight years. Penny is an accredited mediator and has undertaken training in mediation in the UK and the USA. She has practical experience of mediation in employment disputes in Northern Ireland.
