Eimear Hayden is the Professional Practice Consultant for the FMNI western mediator team and is also one of the Trainers on the FMNI Foundation Training Programme.  She is an accredited Mediator with over ten year’s experience of separation and divorce mediation. Eimear was a member of the FMNI Board from 2008 - 2011.

Eimear was Chair of the Ethics & Standards Committee of The Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII) from 2005-2009 and is still a committee member.  She has worked in mediation service management in London (not-for-profit sector) and Galway (public sector). She is currently a participant in the MOST Civic Leadership project with Mediation Northern Ireland.
