Tanya Kennedy is responsible for 2 significant campaigns within Business in the Community – Opportunity Now and Business Action on Health. Working at strategic and local levels, she advises business and key decision makers on workplace issues focusing on inclusion and employee engagement within wider business strategy.  She supports employers in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects society and values the health and wellbeing of its people. Tanya has wide experience from both private and public sector positions where she specialised in People Development at a strategic level.  As well as working with Invest NI, Tanya spent a significant part of her career to date within PSNI as a member of the Senior Management Team in the Police College.
