Employment Law Seminars - Speaker

Sandra Herdman is Head of the Personal Development and Employment Transition department at Futures (NI). She holds a BA (Hons), a PGCE, MBA and is also an NLP Certified Practitioner and member of the Association for Coaching, Ireland. Sandra has over 15 years' experience in the field of personal development and employment transition. Before joining Futures (NI) Sandra established and managed an employment service in the North Down area funded by the EU to assist individuals with psychological problems in returning to work. She has also experience in working with young people both as a teacher of pupils in secondary and grammar schools, and as a training officer involving equipping young people with skills for entry to the employment market.
