Anne Dargan founded Rapid Change Consultancy in 2009 to support organisations that are embarking on business improvement or change programmes, taking an holistic approach to identify key changes necessary and supporting people through the changes through leadership development and coaching. She is licensed by the European Coaching Centre to deliver CoachWise™, an ICF accredited coach training program.  Her special interest is in developing  peer mentoring groups at executive level - particularly females. Previously, she had a long and varied career in BT. Formerly she was a Director in the Belfast Engineering Centre, delivering large scale IT programmes and latterly led major corporate wide and global transformation programmes aimed at driving behavioural and cultural change.
