Angela Schettino has over nine years experience within Human Resources Management.

Since working in Consultancy, Angela has worked across the public, private and third sector, supporting clients with issues ranging from operational matters such as disciplinary and grievance investigations, to strategic projects such as complete business review and rationalisation. Angela’s style is supportive and pragmatic, quickly understanding the client needs and looking for opportunity to add value.

As an HR business partner in Marks and Spencer, Angela managed HR change projects across a wide variety of different functions. Her experience ranges from implementation of new performance management and reward processes to change projects including outsourcing, relocation and downsizing.

Angela started her career as a retail store personnel manager with Marks and Spencer PLC, working all across the U.K. Angela moved on to HR business partner roles within the company headquarters, supporting Head Office Operations, Customer Services and Finance groups. Her HR experience is supported by a BA Hons Degree in Business, a post graduate diploma in Personnel Management, and the advanced Cert in Employment Law. She also holds chartered membership of the CIPD.
