A HR Director with 8 years experience working at executive team level having corporate responsibility for the strategic leadership and direction of two large, complex and challenging public sector organisations. Has led a major organisational cultural reform programme and has extensive experience in all aspects of company and HR strategy. Extensive experience in the civil and criminal justice sector. A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Institute of Directors holding a diploma in company direction. Significant experience of working with a company board and holds the position of Board Director/Trustee of a large charity. Also a member of the CBI Employment Affairs Committee for two years. An experienced trainer, skills assessor, presenter and qualified coach.  Has a wealth of experience in dealing with particularly sensitive and challenging people issues using negotiation, facilitation and mediation interventions.
