Ken Macdonald is the Assistant Commissioner for Scotland & Northern Ireland at the ICO. A graduate of Edinburgh (MA) and Aberdeen (PhD) universities, Ken joined the ICO in 2005 after a career in higher education, private consultancy and local authority sectors. |
