Andrew Cummings joined CIPFA in August 2010 as a Senior Training Consultant. He is responsible for the delivery of a number of academic qualifications, including the AAT Accounting Qualification Level 3 and the AAT Certificate in Payroll Administration, as well as delivering public training courses and accounting consultancy services. Andrew is the author of the 2010/11 IFRS update of the popular CIPFA Cash Flow Statement Toolkit which is due to be released in January 2011. Andrew is a CIPFA qualified Accountant and his most recent experience was working in a Senior Accountant's position at a London Borough Council.
