Catherine Thompson is an Associate specialising in procurement law at Carson McDowell. She has broad experience in advising both public and private sector clients on the application of EU procurement rules to tender competitions, advising on setting up compliant framework agreements, on standstill requirements prior to contract award and on enforcement of the EU procurement rules and available remedies. Catherine is also a member of the Procurement Lawyers' Association.
