Cathy McCorry is Managing Director of The Grafton Employment Group, Ireland's largest recruitment solutions provider and a growing international force employing 700 people and operating across a global network of 70 offices in 16 countries. From its humble beginnings in 1982, the company worldwide now has a turnover of £100million.

Cathy's background was a Chartered Accountant before she joined Grafton in 1995 as a Branch Manager. She now has responsibility for all aspects of the strategic management of the Grafton Employment Group in Ireland.
Cathy is a former Regional Director of the REC and is a Member of the NI Employment Affairs Committee and the Skills Council NI and has recently been announced as this year's Young Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors in Northern Ireland and at a National UK level. In addition, Cathy is also IRP REC Business Leader of the Year for the UK.
