Sarah Churchman is a Senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years' experience, with responsibilty for leading Employee Engagement, Diversity and Wellbeing at PwC. Until recently, she was also responsible for the firm's award winning Student Recruitment Programme which was voted Number One for seven consecutive years in the The Times Top 100 Graduate Employer Survey. She is currently a member of the CBI's Equality & Diversity Forum and The Conference Board. In 2006, Personnel Today ranked Sarah 28th in the magazine's list of the most important people in Human Resources.
