Sam Davidson is Group Human Resources Director for the Henderson Group, owners of the SPAR and Vivo franchises for Northern Ireland. In this role Sam is responsible for the development and operation of Human Resources, Training and Health & Safety services and solutions to all divisions within the company, as well as a customer base of more than 400 stores. Sam has more than twenty five years experience in the field of Human Resources, having also previously worked in senior HR roles for Nortel, PricewaterhouseCoopers and NIE. |
