Colin is an OD and Change professional specialising in Organisation and Leadership Development. Over the last 24 years he has gained a significant depth and breadth of experience in providing strategic business partnering services in a variety of diverse business environments.  He has held senior divisional HR positions in blue chip Global businesses including Nortel Networks and Diageo. In his career he has both led and contributed to strategic business decisions and has instigated and managed major organisational change.

In his current role Colin has worked with a variety of Private and Public sector organisations mainly in the area of Organisational Performance, Development, Change and Leadership Coaching.
