Patrick is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Department in Tughans and has acted in a number of the leading procurement cases in Northern Ireland in recent years. He regularly advises SME's in respect of contentious procurement matters across a wide range of business sectors. He has advised contracting authorities in relation to challenges to their procurement processes and has advised successful parties as to their rights when a tender award has been challenged.
