John is the Managing Director in PDQ Solutions Ltd and has worked with a range of leading edge organisations in Northern Ireland nationally and internationally.  He is a qualified Assessor and Advisor for Investors in People and has been involved in the assessment and recognition of over 375 IiP organisations, using the IiP framework to improve business performance.

A former Chair of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in Northern Ireland and current of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) John has extensive experience of improving organisational performance through use of various Quality Standards (including Lexcel, Customer Service Excellence, and Customer First). John has played a key role in the delivery of accredited management development programmes leading PDQ Solutions to National Training Award (NTA) success. An NLP Practitioner John has recently become accredited to offer the Team Management Profile™ to our client portfolio.
