Sophie Irwin manages the HR function of Todd Architects, a large practice with offices in both Belfast and Dublin.  As a graduate of CIPD and former conciliation officer with the Labour Relations Agency Belfast, Sophie has extensive experience in legal and practical aspects of HR, having recently practiced as a HR Consultant in the provision of advice and assistance to a wide range of clients in N.Ireland and taught Employment Relations at the University of Ulster, Coleraine.
