Biography:

Patricia is an Employment Relations Manager with the Labour Relations Agency. Patricia has worked at the Agency since 1980 and has developed wide knowledge and experience of employment relations. Patricia has regularly represented the Agency at employment relations events and currently chairs the Joint Council for the Building and Civil Engineering Industry(NI).

She has a BA degree and an MPHIL in industrial relations from Queens’ University and is a Fellow of the CIPD
