Biography: |
Lisa Bryson has specialised in employment law since 2000. Lisa worked for leading law firm Eversheds in London prior to joining Carson McDowell as an Associate in early 2009. Throughout her career, Lisa has had a particular interest and expertise in contentious employment law matters. She has represented clients in the English Tribunals and the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunal in Northern Ireland in relation to claims of wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal, whistle-blowing, unlawful deductions of wages, all forms of discrimination and TUPE matters. Lisa has represented a diverse spectrum of clients in the Tribunals including McDonalds, Royal Mail, BSkyB, Barclaycard, JP Morgan and Links (London) Limited. |
