Scott Alexander joined the CIPD in 1987 and has over 25 years’ experience in employment relations and employment law. He worked for the Labour Relations Agency in Northern Ireland for 14 years in a variety of roles, including collective and individual conciliation and enquiry point manager, before joining Legal-Island as its Head of Training and Development in January 2006. He is a certified member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland
