Description

Following the success of this event, we're now running two, 2 day Internal Mediation - Resolving Workplace Disputes courses as follows:

• 24^th February & 3^rd March at the Holiday Inn Express, Junction 1, Antrim
• 3^rd & 10^th May at the Legal-Island Training Centre, Antrim

Given the current costs of litigation and tribunals, there has to be a better way forward for employers and employees. This breakfast seminar aims to promote an understanding of the advantages of mediation as a means of early dispute resolution at work. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the benefits of mediation and will gain a valuable insight into the type of mediation scheme which may best suit their organisation. An opportunity will be given to everyone to comment on the future role of mediation in Northern Ireland.

Sessions include a review of workplace mediation schemes currently operating in Translink and Newtownabbey Borough Council and advice from one of Northern Ireland’s leading mediators, Michele Groves.
