This event is a comprehensive overview (and has equally comprehensive notes) on the main employment laws that apply in Northern Ireland, such as family-friendly rights, holiday entitlement, discrimination and dismissal law, and employment protection rights. Your understanding of these employment laws will be reinforced through group exercises.

Jenine is a partner specialising in employment law at Rosemary Connolly Solicitors, Warrenpoint.

Rebecca McCourt – PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

Rebecca has worked as an employment lawyer since qualifying as a solicitor in England in 2001. She joined PwC in 2004, and currently advises employer clients in relation to a range of employment law matters.

Lisa Tracey – Napier & Sons

Lisa is a solicitor specialising in employment law at Napier and Sons. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2005 she worked in HR in both the private and public sectors for several years. Since qualifying, she has worked mainly in the area of Employment Law.
