The last year has left many of us focussing on increasing efficiencies and reducing cost. The budget to be flexible around reward just isn’t there, so how do we motivate and recognise our employees in this environment?
Antrim Breakfast Seminar: Motivating when you can't reward
Breakfast Seminar Programme
7.30am - 8am Registration & Networking
8am - 9am
This session goes back to basics, what really motivates people? Is money always the answer? Through this interactive session you are encouraged to consider what will really makes employees feel recognised and how to implement this in your organisation.
