Welcome to the Legal-Island case law round up of 2006. We summarised dozens of cases, from tribunals to the European Court of Justice. We had a lot from the Employment Appeals Tribunal in GB. Strictly speaking, these do not create a precedent in Northern Ireland, but they are persuasive in Northern Ireland tribunals and, throughout 2006, provided us with the best opportunity of understanding tribunal rules. This case law round up has many cases in relation to the changes that came to Northern Ireland in April 2005.
